Biography

Mr. Meziou is well versed with both international and Tunisian law alike and very familiar with various African, Asian and European markets. Mr. Meziou frequently publishes articles and notes in world-class law reviews. He is regularly invited to speak at conferences as an international legal expert by international stakeholders such as EBRD, General Electric and ATA Insights. Mr. Meziou was a visiting scholar on project finance and PPPs at Duke University School of Law. He also holds a master’s degree in common law and a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Carthage, Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences, Tunis, Tunisia.

Mr. Meziou is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
