Noomen Lahimer is a Ph.D graduate in Economics from Univesité Paris-Dauphine, France. He has an extensive practical experience in entrepreneurship as the Director of the Innovation Lab. and the Founder of Evey Technologies, a civic startup for event management and audience engagement
