Biography

Dr. Soumaya Ben Aicha is an assistant professor in Industrial Engineering. Her teaching areas are operations research, operations management, quality management, project management and risk management. Her research interest areas are mainly related to the robust supply chain in the face of uncertainties. She is also a consultant and third-party auditor in quality, environment, safety & security and information security management.
