Biography

Dr. Steven Poelmans is professor of Neuroscience and Strategic Leadership at Antwerp Management School (BE) and EADA Business School (SP). He holds a M. Organizational Psychology, M. Marketing Management, Ph.D. Management, and Postgraduate in Neuroscience of Leadership. He is the founder of the NeuroTrainingLab™, a neuroscience-based leadership development methodology. Dr. Poelmans has twenty years of teaching experience at seven business schools in three continents, teaching Organizational Behavior, Managerial Communication, Cross-Cultural Management, (Neuro)/Leadership, and Coaching. He is author of several dozens of articles in peer-reviewed journals, five academic books, and 28 book chapters. Originally from Flanders, Belgium, Steven lives in Barcelona, Spain.
