Mike Watson is a Faculty Lecturer at the Mediterranean School of Business, where he teaches Psychology, Academic English, Professional Communication, and Public Speaking. Prior to his current post, he served as a public school teacher in San Francisco and New York City, followed by a position teaching English as a Foreign Language to adolescents and adults in Tunis. His academic career includes undergraduate studies in Philosophy at UC Berkeley and graduate studies in Psychology at Columbia University. He’s also a professional Hip Hop DJ, and he actively integrates this skillset into his pedagogical approach. His research interests include the Neural Correlates of Consciousness, Learning, and Conditioning, and the Transformative Effects of Narrative.
