To make a difference, you must first be able to influence people. By understanding how to negotiate effectively, you can gain a competitive advantage, achieve business objectives, and effect change. This workshop helps participants to use negotiating skills in both personal and professional situations, to understand human cognition and how we make decisions and achieve a Win-Win without giving up what you really want. Participants will learn the five steps to successful negotiation, the techniques and different negotiation styles through real-time negotiations and real-time feedback.

You will learn to: 

  • Create trust and build a relationship when negotiating.
  • Establish power, persuasion, and influence tactics at the bargaining table.
  • Deal with hostility and negotiate acceptable solutions.
  • Recognise the various stages of effective negotiation.
