Biography

  • Dr. Houda Ghozzi holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from University Paris Dauphine. She held several teaching positions in Tunisia (IHEC Carthage, MSB) and in France (Paris IX Dauphine, Marne la Vallée). Her research and teaching focus on firm boundary decisions, supply chain, and social entrepreneurship (business models, scaling-up models). She is the founder of the Open Start-up Tunisia (OST) program in partnership with Columbia University. She was the coordinator for the Dicamp Master Program specialized in Innovation Management. She also co-developed processmediterrannée, a program aiming to develop social innovation between Europe and the south Mediterranean countries. She holds more than 10 years of consultancy experience in the field of strategy and organization with a focus on impact strategies.
