Tracy Olson

Tracy is a Certified Professional Coach & Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, specializing in Energy Leadership and Success Coaching. She also holds a degree in Human Services from the University of Phoenix and has worked in training and professional development for nearly 15 years while running and operating her own company in blended learning for nearly 20 years trying to reform classroom engagement in the MENA region. Tracy is also the SMU Head of International Programs, where she oversees exchange and transfer programs, while developing and managing international partnerships focusing on the importance of internationalization in higher education.
