Biography

Duncan is the Sir Roland Smith Professor in Strategic Management and Head of the Strategic Management Research Group at Lancaster University, UK. Duncan has significant practitioner and academic experience in the area of Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions as a Cambridge University graduate and senior investment banker.
