Administrative Quality Specialist/APU Assistant Coordinator

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our university's administrative team in the role of Administrative Quality Specialist/APU Assistant Coordinator. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various academic departments by collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis

  • Collaborate with academic departments to gather relevant data related to various administrative processes.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of collected data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to assess the quality of administrative processes.

Quality Assurance

  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in administrative data and processes.
  • Identify and address discrepancies or anomalies in data to maintain a high level of quality standards.
  • Work closely with other administrative staff to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Support to Professors

  • Provide administrative support to professors and academic staff as needed.
  • Assist in organizing info sessions, workshops and quality meetings.
  • Collaborate with faculty members to address any administrative issues they may encounter.

Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with various university departments to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Propose and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative workflows.
  • Stay updated on best practices and industry standards in administrative processes.

Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of administrative procedures, policies, and guidelines related to accreditations.
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the quality team/program directors/professors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in business administration, education, or a related field.
  • Some experience in data collection, analysis, and quality assurance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
