Job Overview: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized administrative coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The LCI coordinator will play a key role in facilitating smooth communication within the organization and maintaining an organized office environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.


  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, both in person and via email or phone.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Office Organization

  • Maintain an organized and tidy office space, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
  • Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures.

Data Management

  • Manage and update databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of electronic and hard copy filing systems.

Customer Service

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and team members.
  • Handle inquiries and redirect them to the appropriate personnel.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with team members on special projects, events, or assignments.
  • Assist in the coordination of team activities and events.



  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Technology Proficiency

  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic knowledge of office software and applications.


  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
