Hela Ben Hassine Khalladi

Biography: Hela Ben Hassine Khalladi is an Associate Professor of Economics and a Fulbright alumna at Tennessee State University. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Tunis El Manar. She teaches a wide range of undergraduate, Master’s, and PhD-level courses, including Monetary Economics, Advanced Macroeconomics, Geopolitics of Global Economics, and Business Cycle Analysis. SDr. Ben Hassine has supervised numerous Master’s and PhD theses. She has taught internationally through Erasmus+ programs and regularly lectures abroad. Her research focuses on international financial crises, public debt sustainability, IMF program design, and the political economy of reforms. She is also engaged in student mentoring, academic leadership, and Tunisian civil society initiatives.
