Principal responsabilities:

  • Support the Executive Education Director to ensure the growth of the assigned territory (Tunisia, Algeria, Libya).
  • Coordinate with the Communication team to promote Executive Education programs in the assigned territory and ensure the follow-up.
  • Acquire and maintain a high understanding of the MSB Executive Education programs.
  • Qualify incoming sales leads and refer to Executive Education Director.
  • Work alongside customers, assisting and advising them of MSB Executive programs and seminars and the correct solution to meet their application requirements.
  • Maintain territorial market and competitor awareness, developing and presenting ideas for new opportunities.
  • Research colleges, universities, and companies to develop leads and refer to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Establish and maintain effective contact with the potential and existing customer base through emailing, calls, and company visits.
  • Conduct check-ins with users to evaluate service and promote programs.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management system.


Principal responsabilities:

  • Undergraduate or master’s in the business field
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a group, sharing ideas and problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills such as time management and prioritizing.
  • A flexible approach and the ability to influence others.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English and French
