Ridha Mahjoub (EMBA Alumni): “Ridha Mahjoub graduated in 1989 as Captain in the Merchant Navy. He served on board of Tunisian flag chemical tankers. This early connection with the international world encouraged him to settle later as a maritime surveyor for London based Protection & Indemnity clubs.
In 2000 he set up Trade Partners International, a consultancy company specialized in export development assistance.
Ridha Mahjoub specializes in export to Sub Saharan Africa. He conducted business in 16 African markets.
Ridha Mahjoub was a founding member of Connect in 2011.
He also founded the 2012 Africa Consultants Network.
He is a founding member of Africa Smart Glamping, a startup that is promoting Glamping in Tunisia to attract high-income tourists.
Ridha Mahjoub runs 2018 a weekly radio show covering business news and opportunities in Africa: Africa Express, broadcasting in Express FM radio.”
He joined in 1993 a local freight forwarding company to advise on its international transport restructuring project.
From 1994 to 2000 he served as senior commercial officer at the British Embassy in Tunis.

His involvement in the industry also encompasses thought leadership through writing, education and various speaking engagements at premier supply chain events including AMR, the Supply Chain Council and APICS on a wide spectrum of topics ranging from global supply chain transformation to reducing the environmental impact of coordination operations.
He is also the proud holder of a US Patent for co-inventing a pioneering supply chain carbon footprint modeling tool.”
-Leila Ben-Gacem:” Socio-cultural opportunity designer, Ashoka Fellow, Beni-Khalled city council elected member.
She is a social entrepreneur, Ashoka Fellow; founder of Blue Fish, a consultancy that works on improving the socio-economic dynamics of heritage and culture to improve its preservation. Leila also founded Dar el Harka, a creative industry hub; Dar Ben Gacem, a Boutique Hotel and cultural catalyst in the medina of Tunis. Leila is also a founding member and president of Mdinti, Medina is first economic interest group. Leila is an elected city council member in her native town of Beni-Khalled. Before switching careers, Leila held various positions at multinational corporations and has a BS in Biomedical Engineering.”
