Qualifications: Master, International Relations, Bachelor, English Language and Literature
Sourour Barouni is an experienced English teacher and lecturer with an academic background in language, literature, and social sciences. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Literature and Linguistics from the University of Tunis and a master’s degree in International Relations from Nottingham Trent University.
She currently teaches across two departments—Communication (COM) and Liberal Arts (LIB)—where she contributes to course delivery, curriculum development, and syllabus design. She also serves as Course Coordinator in the Communication (COM) Department, overseeing course planning and academic coordination.
Sourour is currently pursuing PhD studies in Migration Studies at Birmingham City University within the Social Sciences Department.
