FIRST Seminar on Sustainability, "Transitioning to Clean Energy and Sustainable Futures

The kick-off event of the Seminar Series on Sustainability, titled "Transitioning to Clean Energy and Sustainable Futures," hosted by MedTech under the umbrella of SMU Research Center, was dedicated to an exploration and evaluation of the current status and potential developments in Tunisia's renewable energy industry and beyond. The event successfully brought together industry experts, policymakers, and researchers for meaningful discussions concerning pivotal advancements, challenges, and opportunities within the evolving landscape of renewable energy in Tunisia and beyond.

Additionally, the education of future engineers as potential actors of change was discussed, emphasizing the crucial role of preparing the next generation to contribute to sustainable practices and innovations in the field.

Our distinguished speakers shared valuable insights on topics spanning government initiatives, technological innovations, economic implications, environmental sustainability, and the overall trajectory of the renewable energy sector in the Tunisian context and beyond.
