The Mediterranean Institute of Technology is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Program Management Coordinator. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of academic processes and fostering a positive learning environment for our students.

Main Tasks:

  • Develop and maintain the online course registration system (Moodle), facilitating student registration and resolving related issues.
  • Plan and coordinate class schedules, ensuring optimal facility utilization and resolving conflicts.
  • Process document requests, including transcripts and certificates of enrollment.
  • Publish the academic calendar, coordinating key dates for registration, classes, exams, and breaks.
  • Provide information on course selection, prerequisites, and restrictions to students.
  • Maintain accurate records of enrollment, class schedules and generating reports on trends and performance.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated.

Qualifications & Experiences: 

  • Minimum degree required: Bac+3, bachelor’s degree in business informatics or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum years of experience required: 1+ years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
  • A good level of written English
