The Student Affairs Department is responsible for addressing and managing all conduct referrals and allegations of all Behavioral/Academic violations of the Student Code of Conduct. It manages the day-to-day oversight of student conduct in class and on campus. It also trains faculty and staff on SMU policies regarding plagiarism, cheating during exams, classroom rules, students’ rights and responsibilities, and students’ conduct processes. SA ensures compliance with SMU policies and regulations.
