  • After a brief career in the industry (Bouygues Construction, France; and XTO Energy, ExxonMobil, USA) Rim Gouia joined the academia at the University of Texas at Arlington. Dr. Gouia has taught mathematics at graduate and undergraduate levels at various institutions. She is an active member of several multidisciplinary research teams in the US and the UAE. Her research interests include integral geometry, Radon transforms, and mathematical problems of medical imaging.
