Exam Description:

The exam (EX183) validates a foundational understanding of enterprise Java development using core Java EE APIs. It focuses on building stateless business services using RESTful APIs, security, messaging, persistence, dependency injection, and validation, and serves as a steppingstone toward the Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) credential.

Prerequisite:

• No formal prerequisites
• Solid background in Java SE (JSE) and core Java APIs (e.g., Exceptions, Annotations, Collections)
